Made to Order door canopy made from galvanised mild steel with flared upper and lower cover. Available with painted or weathered surface finishes. The upper edge of the canopy can be covered with lead flashing if the wall surface is uneven.
Made to Order Process
Customer makes initial enquiry into made to order product.
An agreed design specification is created between the customer and The Canopy Co.
The specification is assessed with a design and build plan determined.
This design and build plan is presented to the customer and agreed in principle. A 50% deposit is paid to approve the project Kick-Off.
A preliminary 3D assembly is designed with basic 2D views generated to present the initial design solution.
The customer assesses and approves the preliminary design.
The preliminary design is matured to produce detailed 2D and 3D views for manufacturing and assembly purposes. At this stage the design is also analysed technically to ensure its safe and complies with the design specification.
Final design approval before manufacture. The final 50% payment is paid.
Manufacture, assembly and delivery.
Customer satisfaction follow-up and project closure.
